摘    要:针对东海28英寸长输登陆管道出现的多处悬跨和近岸63 km处3 km管道偏移事故,综合分析该登陆管道历史埋深变化检测资料,结合区域海洋水文地质条件和泥沙动力条件,并通过涡激振动(Vortex-Induced Vibration,VIV)临界悬跨长度、疲劳寿命和侧向稳定性等理论数值计算分析出现该事故可能的原因,从而提出基于该风险的最优防护措施和未来综合性预防措施。

Abstract:Aiming at 28 inch long-distance landing submarine pipeline in the East China Sea, which has several places of suspended spans and 3 km pipeline offset accidents at 63 km offshore, the survey data of the historical buried depth change of the landing pipeline over the years are comprehensively analyzed. Combined with the regional marine hydrogeological conditions and sediment dynamic conditions, the possible causes of the accidents are analyzed through the theoretical numerical calculation of Vortex-Induced Vibration (VIV) critical span length, fatigue life and lateral stability, so as to put forward the optimal protection measures based on the risk and the comprehensive preventive measures in the future.
