摘    要:近年来,随着环保要求越来越高,在矿山开采以及建筑垃圾破碎工艺中,移动破碎设备呈突破式快速发展的趋势。移动破碎设备正常工作时,物料通过给料机给料进入振动筛,通过振动筛的筛分作用将物料筛选,成品物料可直接进入出料设备,大块物料进入破碎机进行破碎,从而提高设备的破碎效率,减小了功耗。因此,振动筛是移动破碎设备上不可或缺的部分。然而,振动筛箱体的结构强度和刚度问题是至今仍未得到很好解决的十分突出的问题1]。振动筛工作时,同时受静态以及周期性交变载荷作用,因此,对振动筛箱体进行动态响应分析是很有必要的。

Abstract:Through the use of modern information technology, the whole life cycle management of cement equipment has been studied, and the management information system of cement equipment has been established. The dynamic operation data and inspection data of the equipment are collected and managed uniformly through online monitoring or intelligent inspection. According to the structure of the equipment and common failure forms, deploy equipment measurement points and plan intelligent inspection routes;Early warn equipment operation status, monitor equipment operation trends, timely detect and early warn of equipment failures through modern analysis and testing tools.
