摘    要:基于海上风机多源实测数据,包括塔筒及基础结构的动力响应数据、机组运行数据和现场环境数据,分析不同工况下风机结构响应的统计特征,得到环境和工况对结构响应的影响。结果表明:该风机结构的加速度响应以机舱坐标系侧向为主振方向;在风速达到额定风速时,加速度响应强度达到最大,随着风速进一步提高,结构加速度响应强度呈下降趋势;在停机状态、启停机过程和低转速运行工况下,塔筒顶部测点的加速度响应强度大于其他测点,而在变转速运行和额定转速运行工况下,塔筒中部测点的加速度响应强度最大。在进行海上风机结构振动监测时应重点关注风机塔筒顶部和中部的加速度响应特征变化。

Abstract:Based on the multi-source data of offshore wind turbine monitoring system, including the dynamic response data of tower and foundation structure, unit operation data and on-site environmental data, the statistical characteristics of the structural response under different conditions are analyzed to reveal the influence of environment and operation conditions on the structure dynamic response. The results show that: the vibration acceleration response of the wind turbine structure is dominated by the side direction of the engine room coordinate system; when the wind speed reaches the rated wind speed, the vibration acceleration response intensity reaches the maximum, and then decreases with the further increase of wind speed; the vibration acceleration response intensity at the top of the tower is greater than that at other measuring points in the parked conditions, startup/stop transition condition and low rotational speed condition, while the vibration acceleration response intensity at the middle of the tower is the largest in the variable speed condition and rated rotational condition. When monitoring the vibration of offshore wind turbine structures, there should be a focus on the variation of acceleration response characteristics at the top and middle of the wind turbine tower in the offshore wind turbine monitoring system.
