摘    要:基于集总参数方法搭建了自主开发的6EX340EF柴油机试车台轴系的扭转振动模型,并开展了自由振动计算,得到了试车台轴系的前三阶固有频率及振型;同时,分别采用连续升降转速以及稳态测量方法开展了试车台轴系的扭转自由振动测试。两者的比较分析验证了轴系模型的准确性,在此基础上对试车台轴系在不同载荷情况下的扭振应力进行了反推,评估了6EX340EF柴油机试车台轴系扭振的安全性。

Abstract:The torsional vibration model of the test bed shafting for self-developed 6EX340EF diesel engine was established based on lumped parameter. By free vibration calculation, the natural frequency and vibration modes of test bed shafting were obtained. The free torsional vibration test of test bed shafting were carried out through continuous speed up and down and steady state measurement methods to verify the accuracy of shafting model. On this basis, the torsional vibration stresses of the test bed shafting under different loads were deduced to evaluate the safety of the torsional vibration of 6EX340EF engine.
