摘    要:针对中国南海典型深水油气田开采,结合陵水17-2深水油气田开发工程项目,提出一种三立柱高效大型半潜式生产储卸油平台新船型概念,具有2万t上部组块有效载荷和2万m3原油储油功能。该三立柱深水半潜式生产储卸油平台与目前四立柱半潜式生产平台船型相比,减少1组立柱-浮箱-锚链,采用大跨度三角形桁架式轻型甲板设计和自主研发油水置换高效储油技术,有效载荷比显著提高,可以大幅降低平台建造与安装工程总成本,为南海深水油气田开发提供一种高效低成本的技术解决方案。

Abstract:Aiming at the development of typical deep-water oil and gas fields in South China Sea, combined with Lingshui 17-2 deep-water gas field development project, the concept of a three-column high efficiency large semi-submersible production storage and offloading platform is proposed with 20 000 t topside payload and 20 000 m3 oil storage. Compared with the existing four-column semi-submersible production platform, the three-column concept platform design reduces one set of column-pontoon-mooring system, utilizes light-weight triangular truss structure design for the topsides, and highly efficient oil-water displacement technology for oil storage. Thus the payload ratio is significantly increased, the total cost of construction and installation is significantly reduced, and an efficient low cost technical solution can be provided for the development of deep-water oil and gas fields in South China Sea.
