非黏结型软管在深水气田开发中的应用

国内某深水油气田使用非黏结型软管连接生产管汇与丛式井口。介绍在设计阶段由短距离软管替代刚性跨接管的考虑因素以及弯曲刚性所带来的短距离软管安装技术挑战和相应措施。将鹅颈接头与软管组合应用于深水环境条件下，考虑弯曲刚度的影响和液压锁定等内容，对今后方案设计、故障分析、维修计划等具有参考价值。

Application of Unbonded Flexible Hoses in Deepwater Gas Field Development

The flexible hoses are utilized to tie-in cluster wells to a production manifold in a deepwater oil and gas field in China. The reasons for replacing rigid jumpers with short-length flexible hoses are introduced and the technical challenges and corresponding measures of hose installation brought by bending rigidity are summarized. The combination of gooseneck connector with flexible hose is applied in domestic deepwater project, and the influence of bending stiffness and hydraulic lock are considered. The application could provide reference for the future project design, fault analysis, maintenance plan, etc.
