南海天然气水合物开发工程方案

摘    要:借鉴南海深水气田开发的成功实例,依据广东省天然气水合物(Natural Gas Hydrate,NGH)开发先导试验区建设计划,结合NGH采出气与常规天然气田采出气的差异性,对用于南海NGH产业化开发的2种“半海半陆式”开发工程方案进行适用性和经济性的分析与研究。通过方案比选,推荐采用“水下生产系统+半潜式生产平台+海底管道+陆地处理终端”的开发方案。在南海NGH小规模开发工程方案研究中,提出以LNG为主的小规模生产储运总体方案,液化工艺采用混合制冷剂技术。研究成果对于南海NGH产业化开发具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:Refer to the successful development cases of deep water gas field in South China Sea, according to the building schedule of natural gas hydrate (NGH) development pilot test area in Guangdong Province, and combined with the difference between gas produced from NGH and conventional natural gas, the applicability and economics of two NGH development plans are analyzed and studied. Through comparison, it is recommended that the development plan of subsea production system + semi-submersible production platform + subsea pipeline + land terminal shall be selected. An overall scheme of production storage and transportation based on LNG is proposed in the study of small-scale development project of NGH and mixed refrigerant technology process is adopted in the liquefaction process. The research results are of certain reference value for the industrial development of NGH in the South China Sea.
