再生混凝土透水砖试验研究*

摘    要:针对建筑垃圾的处理的问题,提出了将废弃混凝土破碎、清洗、分级处理成再生骨料,采用正交试验方法用这种骨料制备透水砖,同时,考虑了粒径、水泥用量、砂率及水灰比等因影因素对透水砖性能的影响。研究结果表明,当骨料粒径为10-20 m,水泥用量为420 kg/m³,砂率为9%,水灰比为0.31时,满足再生混凝土透水砖的标准要求;分别建立了粒径、水泥用量、砂率及水灰比等影响因素与透水系数、抗压强度的回归方程;最后,建立了透水系数与抗压强度的二次曲线拟合方程。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of construction waste treatment, the waste concrete is broken, cleaned and graded into recycled aggregate, which is used to prepare permeable brick by orthogonal test method.At the same time, the influence of particle size, cement dosage, sand ratio and water-cement ratio on the performance of permeable brick is considered. The results show that when the aggregate particle size is 10~20 mm, the cement dosage is 420 kg/m3, the sand ratio is 9%, and the water-cement ratio is 0.31, it meets the standard requirements of recycled concrete permeable brick. The regression equations of influence factors, such as particle size, cement dosage, sand ratio and water-cement ratio, and permeability coefficient and compressive strength were established respectively. Finally, the quadratic curve fitting equation of permeability coefficient and compressive strength is established.
