摘    要:随着当今国内外对环境质量要求的提高,水泥行业对烟尘排放的排放要求也越来越严格。而电收尘器作为一种高效烟气净化设备,运转维护成本低,更能很好地适应高温及有腐蚀性气体,在水泥生产线中起到至关重要的作用,特别是在窑尾、窑头温度高,粉尘量大的生产区域。

Abstract:In current industrial automation control systems such as cement production line and slag production line, according to the priority of control authority, two motor control methods are often used: the machine-side priority control method (or the local priority control method) and the central control room priority control method (or the remote priority control method). For the former, it has been familiar and widely used. For the latter, many electricians are very unfamiliar, but there are more and more applications. Based on the author''s application and experience in practical projects, this article focuses on the specific implementation methods and characteristics of the central control priority control method, and gives suggestions for suitable places according to the differences between them.
