| Abstract: | The article introduces the method of lifting the water tank to a predetermined position with a double-ring beam series inverted hydraulic jack in detail, positioning it with a temporary steel support, and then pouring a concrete ring slab for permanent fixation to complete the technical points of the water tower construction; and analyzes the economics brought by this process benefit. |
