| 摘 要： | 简要介绍了芳烃产业的发展趋势,分析了齐鲁芳烃装置的运行工况。针对齐鲁72 0kt/a乙烯装置改扩建后芳烃装置的原料变化情况,分析了齐鲁芳烃装置扩能改造的可能性及必要性,对芳烃装置的扩能改造提出了“抽提系统采用抽提蒸馏-液液萃取组合工艺”、“二甲苯异构化改为甲苯择形歧化”、“乙苯分离技术”、“裂解汽油全馏分加氢增产戊烷油和碳九芳烃原料”等几点设想

| Abstract: | Biefly presents the developing trend of aromatics industry, analyzes the operating conditions of Qilu aromatics plant, analyzes the necessity and possibility of the revamp of Qilu aromatics plant for capacity expansion in the light of its feedstock variation after the capacity of Qilu ethylene plant was expanded to 720kt/a and finally presents several tentative ideas for aromatics capacity expansion, such as "Combined process of extractive distillation with liquid - liquid extraction for extraction system" , "Xylene iso-merisation replaced with toluene shape - selective disproportionation unit", "Ethyl benzene separation technology" and "Pyrolysis gasoline full distillate hydrogenation to enhance output of pentane oil and Cg aromatics feedstock. |
