摘    要:对邯钢4号高炉(炉容917m^3)停炉操作进行了分析,本次停炉过程中前期采用了全风、高压和富氧操作,采取回收煤气空料线停炉、料面降至风口带以下的方法,基本达到了预期的目的,实现了安全、快速、顺利停炉,并尽最大可能加强能源回收、减少噪音和环境污染。

Abstract:The blowing off operation of No.4 blast furnace of Han Steel is analyzed.In the former stage we adopted full blast,high pressure and oxygen enriched blast,recovery gas empty material line,material level lowered to beneath the tuyere region.So we realized safe,fast and smoothly blowing off and did our best to improve energy recovery,reduce noise and environment pollution.
