油管泵抽汲排液工艺的研究与应用

常规抽汲排液求产工艺作为一项重要的求产手段,由于其工艺简单,易于操作,而被广泛应用.但在冬季试油施工或遇一般稠油井时,就会出现试油抽子在油管内无法正常下入,导致不能准确求取产能液性资料的现象.针对这一难题,根据传统的泵抽原理,研制了利用油管管柱的上下运动实现连续排液的试油新工艺--油管泵抽汲排液工艺.该工艺不但可以成功解决上述排液求产难题,而且避免了由于常规抽汲井口防喷工具密封不严造成的环境污染事件的发生.

Research and application of tubing pump swabbing out-flow technology

Pump swabbing out-flow technology technics is simple and operation easy,so it was applied abroad.But in winer,test swab could not run into tubing because the thick oil,and led to formation fluid sampling data could not be gained. For this situation,tubing pump swabbing out-flow strings are designed and developed that are continual out-flow through tubing string run into the hole.The technology not only resolves the production problem,but also avoid environmental pollution.
