中国电力消费CO2排放强度分解分析

摘    要:为明确电力消费与CO2排放之间的潜在关系,利用分解分析的理论,运用固定基年的Adaptive Weighting Divisia Index方法以发电、工业、交通运输业、民用和服务业、其他行业五种行业分类为基础.对1990~2005年间中国CO2排放强度进行了分解分析研究,并将其分解成分行业的电力消费结构效应因素和CO2排放强度效应因素.分析结果表明,15年间中国总的单位用电量CO2排放强度有了大幅的降低,降低比率达43.21%.两影响因素中用电结构效应对总排放强度的降低起到抑制的作用,而分行业单位用电量排放强度效应则推动了总排放强度的下降,其中又以工业、发电业的影响最为突出.

Abstract:In order to determine the relation between electric power consumption and CO2 emission,decomposition analysis is implemented,combined with adaptive weighting division index method,focusing on such sectors as power generation,transportation and civil service.It is decomposed into individual electric power consumption structure factor and CO2 emission intensity factor.Results show that the CO2 emission intensity per unit power consumption has been greatly reduced in the past 15 years by 43.21%.The structure e...
