| 摘 要： | 心脑健片质量标准中没有咖啡因的限量检查,为了更好地控制心脑健片的内在质量,采用分光光度法对其咖啡因限量进行了研究,实验结果表明本法精密度高,回收率,重现性良好,简便快速,适用于本品咖啡因限量检查.

| Abstract: | There is no examination to limit the quantity of caffeine in quality standard of Xin-nao-jian Tablets.To well control the quality of the drug,spectrophotometer method was applied to determine the content of caffeine in Xin-nao-jian Tablets.The experimental result indicates that it is a simple,fast and accurate method with high recovery and good repeatability,suited to the examination of caffeine in Xin-nao-jian Tablets. |
