摘    要:在传统的方法中,对热像观瞄镜显示器/控制器的检测、调试、高低温试验和维修离不开热像头,由于被频繁开关机,严重影响其寿命,且其价格昂贵,大大增加了生产的成本和风险。因此,设计一套无热像头的热像观瞄镜显示器/控制器的检测系统是非常必要的。本文首先给出了系统设计的方案;然后依据此方案对系统的硬件电路进行了详细设计,对系统软件进行了设计和编写。最后,用该检测系统对热像观瞄镜显示器/控制器的功能进行了实际测试,测试结果验证了该系统达到了设计的目的。

Abstract:In the traditional method, detection, debugging, high-low temperature test and maintenance of display and controller for thermal imaging sight cannot work without the infrared camera. The infrared camera is powered on and off frequently, so its life is shorten seriously. Moreover, its cost is very high. It will certainly increase greatly the cost and the risk of production. Therefore, it is very necessary to design the detection system without infrared camera of display and controller for thermal imaging sight. Firstly, the design scheme of system is introduced in this paper. And then, hardware circuit of system is designed, and software of system is compiled. Finally, carry on the actual test to functions of display and controller for thermal imaging sight with this detection system, and result of it has confirmed this system can meet to purpose of design.
