水布垭高面板堆石坝设计与变形控制

摘    要:水布垭混凝土面板堆石坝坝高233m,为目前世界上已建同类坝型之最。水布垭大坝在坝体分区、坝料选择方面进行了精细处理,对防渗结构、监测设施和施工导流方面都做了精心设计;提出大坝变形控制的关键是确定合理的坝料参数和选择恰当的面板浇筑时机,浇筑面板时应保证面板顶部高程对应部位坝体大变形过程已经完成的论断,这一结论已经实践检验。

Abstract:The Shuibuya concrete facing roekfill dam, with the clam height of 233 meters, is the highest completed concrete facing rockfill clam in the world at present. The clam body zoning and material selection of the Shuibuya dam have been seriously treated and its seepage control structure, monitoring installations and construction diversion all have been elaborately designed. It is concluded that the key to the deformation control of clam is to determine rational dam material parameters, to select proper face-slab pouring time, and to ensure that when face slab is poured, the big deformation process of clam body corresponding to the crest elevation of face-slab is completed. This conclusion is proved by the practice.
