可加工陶瓷研究现状

摘    要:工程陶瓷因为具有极高的硬度、良好的耐磨耐蚀性和很高的脆性,使其成为难加工材料,现存的陶瓷材料加工技术均存在成本高、效率低和对材料损伤性大等问题。通过陶瓷自身显微结构设计来增强陶瓷材料的可加工性是解决陶瓷难加工问题的关键。综述了国内外对可加工陶瓷研究的现状。

Abstract:Engineering ceramic materials are difficult to machine because of their outstanding properties, such as high hardness, high wear resistance, high erosion resistance and high brittleness. The existing machining technologies of ceramic have many disadvantages,such as high cost,low efficiency and poor quality. Improving machinabili-ty of engineering ceramic materials via microstructural design is the key to resolving the problem of difficult machining of ceramic materials. In this paper,the present state of research on machinable engineering ceramic materials is summarized.
