| 摘 要： | 本文从分析机械工程设计的特点和表现形式入手,阐述了机械工程设计知识产权保护与保密的方法,重点介绍了机械工程设计知识产权专有技术保护与保密的实践,就专有技术的推广应用方法提出了作者的见解,最后强调应提高对知识产权保护的认识并重视其相应制度的建立.
