超塑性本构关系的研究

摘    要:研究了超塑变形过程中晶粒和孔洞的长大规律及其对变形中流动应力的影响,导出了只包含晶粒长大和同时包含晶粒长大和孔洞长大的超塑性本构关系。经研究发现,人们目前普遍采用的Backoften方程和Rosserd方程是本研究的特例。同时对其进行了验证,结果令人满意。

Abstract:Based on a lot of superplastic experimental results,the rules of grain growth,cavitation growth and their influences on the flow stress during the superplastic deformation have been studied, and the constitutive equation with grain and cavitation growth has been obtained. Backoften equation and Rosserd equation which are widly used now are special cases of the above constitive equation.Meanwhile,the comparison with experimental results shows good agreement.
