基于GPRS无线网络的污水泵站控制系统

本文介绍了基于GPRS无线网络污水泵站自动控制系统,借助GPRS无线通信技术,系统采用西门子S7-200系统作为现场控制站,通过扩展的I/O模块,对各个设备工作的各种信号数据进行收集和处理,完成对污水泵站的优化控制。PLC控制站与触摸屏之间采用专用通讯电缆以MPI通讯协议连接;污水泵站的水位、电机以及其他设备的状态可以实时通过触摸屏显示。PLC控制站与GPRS RTU之间通过RS-232接口实现数据交换。各污水泵站通过GPRS实现无线组网,中控中心通过GPRS实现信息的采集与指令的下发。

Wireless Network Sewage Pumping Station Automatic Control System Based on the GPRS

This paper introduces a control system of wireless network sewage pumping station automatic control system based on the GPRS, with the help of GPRS wireless communication technology, the system adopts Siemens S7-200 system as a field control station. By extending the I / O module of each equipment, working in a variety of signal data collecting and processing, the sewage pumping station optimization control is completed. PLC control station and touch screen are used between the special communication cables to the MPI communication protocol connection. Sewage pumping station of water level, motor and other equipment state can be real-time via the touch screen display. PLC control station and GPRS RTU realizes data exchange through the RS-232 interface. The sewage pumping station realizes wireless network through GPRS, the control center acquises information and issues in instruction through of GPRS. The entire system of wireless network achieves resource to optimize use.
