| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种用于铅酸蓄电池管式正极板挤膏式生产线的铅膏回收再生利用的循环系统。其结构原理在吸收利用国外技术的基础上,根据中国国情进行了改进,零部件国产化水平高,设备造价适中。回收的铅膏经处理后直接混合到挤膏工序中,大大地减少了生产中的浪费和对环境的污染。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces a paste-reclaiming and return system for paste tube-filling production line to make tubular positive plates,and clarifies the design principle and operation of this system.Most of components used in this system are domestic products and prices are favorable.The reclaimed and well treated paste can be directly added and mixed in the paste mixer and then used for tubefilling,thus reducing the waste of excess paste in tube-filling and keeping the work area cleaner. |
