淀粉黄原酸酯在橡胶中的应用

摘    要:简述淀粉改性的概况以及淀粉黄原酸酯的改性方法,并将淀粉黄原酸酯作为补强剂代替部分炭黑应用在轮胎胎面胶中.实验结果表明:淀粉黄原酸酯能够改善轮胎胎面胶的性能,使其弹性增加16 %,生热减少13 %,磨耗量减少23 %.并在实验的基础上,对该改性机理进行初步探讨.

Abstract:This paper summarized the general situation of modified starch and the modified method of starch xanthate. Then starch xanthate was used as filler in place of some black carbon in tire tread. By our experimental data, it can be found that the starch xanthate can greatly improve some properties of tire tread compound. The starch xanthate make its elasticity be increased 16 % and heat generation be decreased 13 % and Akron abrasion be decreased 23 %. On the basis of experimental results, the mechanism of modifying has been primarily discussed.
