摘    要:动态公路车辆自动衡器(简称"动态汽车衡")计量性能与公路车辆运行速度、称量控制区、使用环境、维护保养等密切相关,不同型式的动态汽车衡由于结构、算法不同,其计量特性有很大的差异,经过样本区域大量不同型式结构的动态汽车衡,在不同的称量控制区,经过一个检定周期的运行使用后,核查其关键计量特性动态计量准确度的差异情况,实验数据表明,在维护较好的称量控制区里运行,整车式动态汽车衡能维持较高的计量准确性和稳定性。

Analysis on the difference of dynamic performance of dynamic highway vehicle automatic weighing instrument in calibration period
Abstract:Automatic instruments for weighing road vehicles in motion(referred to as the dynamic truck scale) is closely related to the running speed of the highway vehicle, the weighing control area, the use environment, and maintenance. Different types of dynamic truck scales have different measurement characteristics due to their different structures and algorithms. Large differences, after a large number of different types of dynamic truck scales in the sample area, in different weighing control areas, after a test cycle of operation and use, check the difference in dynamic measurement accuracy of its key measurement characteristics, experimental data show that running in a well-maintained weighing control zone, a full-vehicle dynamic truck scale can maintain high accuracy and stability in weighing.
