机动式通用发射平台设计与实现

摘    要:目前,空中靶标的发射平台各自独立设计,互不兼容,存在发射控制资源闲置率高、综合保障难度大、多点发射协同水平低等问题;基于一体化设计思想,设计并实现了一型机动式通用发射平台,采用PLC开放式标准模块化架构、国产化Vladder梯形图编程软件和易控天地组态软件,实现了多弹种共架发射、高精度自动调平、机动性强、状态信息监测全等功能;阐述了系统软硬件设计实现过程;实践表明,该平台能完成调平、定向、方位俯仰姿态调整等任务,该系统能有效降低研制成本,节约保障资源,提升地面支持系统的供靶保障能力。

Design and Implementation of Mobile Universal Launch Platform
Abstract:At present, the launch platform of air targets are designed independently and incompatible with each other. There are some problems, such as high idle rate of launch control resources, high difficulty in comprehensive support and low level of multi-point launch coordination; Based on the integrated design idea, a mobile general launch platform is designed and implemented. Using PLC open standard modular architecture, domestic Vladder ladder programming software and INSPEC TNT configuration software, the functions of multi-missile common launch, high-precision automatic leveling, strong mechanical performance and state information monitoring are realized; The software and hardware design and implementation process of the system are described; The practice shows that the platform can complete the tasks of leveling, orientation and attitude adjustment. The system can effectively reduce development cost, save support resources and improve the target supply support ability of the ground support system.
