摘    要:对受热面壁温计算的经典方法进行改进与完善,并在此基础上编制应用软件,用此软件对一台670t/h锅炉高温过热器频繁超温爆管的原因进行了计算分析,提出了简单、有效的改造方案,改造后高温过热器没有再发生过超温爆管事故,保证了机组的安全经济运行。试验数据及运行结果表明,改进后的壁温计算方法及计算结果准确可靠,具有推广应用价值。

Abstract:The classical method for calculating wall temperature of heating surface has been improved and perfected, and applicable software being worked out on this basis. The causes of frequent tubeburst due to overtemperature of the hightemperature superheater for a 620t/h boiler being calculated and analysed, and simple and effective retrofitting scheme being put forward. After retrofitting, tubeburst of hightemperature superheater due to overtemperature has not occurred again, ensuring safe and economic operation of the unit. Test data and operation results show that the calculation method and calculated results after retrofitting to be accurate and reliable, having value for popularizing its application.
