摘    要:介绍了电动机传统特性测试系统的缺点和近年来兴起的基于参数辨识方法的电机特性的综合测试方法,并且以串励电机为例对基于参数辨识技术的电机特性参数辨识方法进行了研究,从而提出了无耦合测试的思想:依据电机的空载起动过程,在电机完全空载的情况下施加驱动电压,通过对所采集的电流和电压信号进行处理不仅可以得到电机的输入输出输出特性,而且可以得到电机的特性参数。针对于电机特性的参数辨识,构造了测试原理,并且提出了适用于参数辨识的基于个体适应度阀值的遗传算法。在参数辨识的基础上,通过计算得到了单相串励电动机的各种特性,并将结果与由传统耦合测试方法得到的某些样机特性进行了对比实验,验证了特性的准确性和此测试方法的有效性。

Abstract:The paper analyzes the disadvantages of the conventional testing system and introduces motor testing method based on the parameter identification technology. A new testing method aiming to single-phase AC series-excited motor(SACSM) is studied, which is based on the digital signal processing technology and parameter identification technology. For obtaining motor charicteristics, constructs the mathematic model , gives the method of parameter identification and puts forward a kind of new genetic algorithm based on the social hierarchic rank which is used to parameter identification of motor model in SACSM testing system. Using this type of testing method, the motor only needs to be fixed, then powered and starts to run for a short time, the parameters and the characteristics of the motor can be obtained. Experiments show that the testing system can be maintained conveniently to help obtain the desired results.
