摘    要:521双感应球形聚焦测井仪原有的变感器电路和1 kHz振荡电路用导线连接的多个分立元器件构成,导线之间的干扰大,对测量信号处理有很大影响.将1 kHz振荡电路中的分立元器件用集成芯片代替,使球形聚焦测井信号更稳定;将变感器电路做成印刷电路,减少了干扰,提高了可靠性.文中给出了变感器电路调试过程,列出了这2项改进的效果.

Abstract:Because the original varindor circuit and the 1 kHz oscillator of 521 Dual Induction-Spherically Focused Logging Tool consist of isolate circuit elements connected by wires, the interference among the wires affects the processing of the measured signal. Using an integrated CMOS chip to re place the isolated components in the 1 kHz OSC circuit improves the signal stability of the spherically focused logging tool. The interference is further reduced and the reliability is improved by making the varindor circuit onto a printed circuit. The detailed procedure of debugging the varindor circuit is described and the application success after these two modifications is Dresented.
