Discussion on the environment evaluation for the real estate development program construction

On the one hand,the real estate development project can promote the city economy growing and society progress;on the other hand,the adverse impact to the surrounding environment are produced during construction and running,such as the waste water,exhaust gas,yawp and solid waste;so the environment evaluation is very import for the new project.This paper expounds its content and keystones,and relevant green real estate appraises concept and suggestions according to the characteristics of the project.
