饲料挤压膨化机螺杆等离子弧表面强化处理技术的研究

摘    要:针对膨化机挤出螺杆生产过程中的磨损问题,运用等离子弧表面淬火工艺方法对膨化机挤出螺杆表面进行强化处理.通过等离子弧表面淬火工艺处理,结果表明,螺杆表面硬度可提高2~3倍;表面淬火硬化层深度为0.2~0.45 mm.并对硬化层组织状态进行了分析和讨论.

Abstract:The plasma arc surface quenching are used to harden screw surface for settling the wearing problem of the feed screw extruding machine during the feed production process. The results indicate that surface hardness is increased . plasma arc surface quenching can improve the surface hardness of the screw pole 2 3times, and the depth of harden layer is about 0.2 -0.45 millimeter. Metallurgical structure of harden layer is also analyzed and discussed.
