| 摘 要： | 为了充分发挥现有CAE软件的实用性及高效性,将数值模拟技术与优化技术结合,并在isight平台下实现了板料冲压工艺参数的自动集成优化系统,极大地减少了CAE软件的人工参预工作。通过实例验证了该CAE集成系统优化的可行性与精确性。

| Abstract: | The numerical simulation technology was combined with the optimization technology to improve the practicability and efficiency of current CAE software.An automatic integration optimization system of the sheet metal punching process parameters were builtd based on the isight platform, which has greatly eased people from engaging in the CAE software. The feasibility and precision of the optimaization of the proposed CAE integration system was verified with practical examples. |
