摘    要:针对水电厂各子系统间海量异构数据资源综合利用率低的问题,介绍了一套全新的综合数据组态分析系统。该系统基于智能水电厂统一平台架构进行开发,通过数据仓库封装由各子系统采集的海量异构数据,结合运维人员定制的专业主题模板,采用数据挖掘技术预处理数据仓库中的数据并生成相应的专业主题数据,通过访问客户端高自由度的组态软件,用户可快速构建数据分析、设备报警条件主题模板,最终系统以设备状态诊断、智能报警等方式将有价值的信息呈现给用户。工程实际应用结果表明,该系统提升了水电厂的信息化管理水平及预防性维护决策能力,保障了电厂安全稳定运行。

Abstract:Considering the shortage of low ratio of comprehensive utilization in the massive heterogeneous data resources of hydropower plant, this paper introduces a brand-new data integration and configuration analysis system, which is based on the universal platform for intelligent hydropower plant. Data warehouse encapsulates the massive heterogeneous data resources from each subsystem. And then, data mining is used to preprocess data warehouse and generate professional theme data by combing with the operation and maintenance user customized professional theme template. Operator can fleetly construct the theme templates of data analysis and intelligent alarm by visiting the highly freedom configuration tool in the client-side. Finally, these valuable messages, which are about the equipment state diagnosis and intelligent alarm, can be shown to users. According to the practical engineering application, it shows that this system improves the information management level of hydropower station and preventive maintenance decision-making, guarantees the safe and stable operation of hydropower plant.
