摘    要:基于西南地区实测的降水、气温及水文模型模拟的土壤含水率和径流资料,分别选取反映气象、农业、水文干旱的标准化降水蒸散指数(SPEI)、土壤含水率距平指数(SMAPI)和标准化径流指数(SRI),分析了三者之间的时空相关关系及其对干旱过程的反映特征,探讨了三种类型干旱指数的联系与差别。结果表明,SPEI对干旱识别敏感,干旱过程等级变化频繁,SMAPI对干旱过程刻画稳定,起止时间合理,SRI过程最为平缓,表现出水文干旱滞后于气象、农业干旱的特性;SPEI揭示的干旱等级和范围较SMAPI、SRI大,表明气象干旱的发展较农业、水文干旱严重,不同时间尺度的SPEI或SRI的干旱空间分布存在差异;三种指数之间具有较好的相关性,SMAPI与SPEI3和SRI3相关性最高,表明其具有3个月时间尺度的特征。

Abstract:Based on the gauged precipitation, temperature and simulated soil moisture and runoff data in Southwest China, standardized precipitation evapotranspiration index (SPEI) and soil moisture anomaly percentage index (SMAPI) and standardized runoff index (SRI), which reflect meteorological, agricultural and hydrological drought respectively, were calculated. This paper analyzed the multi-year evaluation, the spatio-temporal distribution of typical event and the correlation of three indices. The results show that SPEI has a good sensitivity of precipitation, but changes too frequently in drought level; SMAPI shows a stable drought process and reasonable time periods of beginning and termination; while SRI appears a gradual and gently process which reflects that the hydrological drought lagged behind meteorological and agricultural drought; the scope and level of SPEI are larger than that of SMAPI and SRI, indicating that the spatial and temporal development of meteorological drought is more serious than that of agricultural and hydrological drought; the drought distributions of SPEI or SRI vary in different time scales; there is a good correlation among three indices; SMAPI has the best correlation with SPEI3 and SRI3 representatively, indicating that SMAPI is characterized by a three-month scale.
