摘    要:针对近年来福建省龙岩市主城区内涝严重的问题,基于SWMM模型中的低影响开发模块(LID),模拟分析了现状条件及渗透路面、植被浅沟单独布设和两种LID措施组合布设场景在不同暴雨重现期时地面淹水状况,评估了不同LID措施对城市洪涝的缓解作用。结果表明,渗透路面、植被浅沟均可有效降低径流系数、推迟峰现时刻、减少溢流检查井个数和最大淹水深度,且对内涝的缓解作用在低重现期时更为显著,尤以组合LID措施对内涝的控制效果最佳。

Abstract:In regard to the serious urban flood of Longyan City in Fujian Province, low impact development (LID) module in SWMM model is used to simulate the whole flooding process in different return period under post-development, porous pavement, vegetative swale conditions and combination of them. And then different LID measures on urban flood relief is evaluated. The results show that porous pavement, vegetative swale conditions can effectively reduce runoff coefficient, postpone the time of peak flow, reduce the number of the wells inundated by rainwater and the submergence depth; furthermore, the urban flood control is more significant in low return period; especially, combination of LID measures have the best effect.
