高强化柴油机涡流比与喷油压力匹配的多维燃烧模拟研究

摘    要:采用CFD模拟软件FIRE对高强化柴油机缸内工作过程进行了模拟,分析了涡流比和喷油压力对缸内燃烧过程的影响。在此基础上对涡流比和喷油压力进行了综合优化匹配模拟,为小缸径柴油机燃烧系统的设计提供了理论依据。

Abstract:A calculation of thermodynamic cycle and combustion of a high intensified DI diesel engine by CFD simulation tool FIRE is presented. The influence of swirl ratio and spray pressure on the combustion process in cylinders is analyzed. Finally, the matching of swirl ratio and spray pressure is simulated, which offers the theoretical foundation for the design of combustion system of small-bore diesel engines.
