电解锰无铬钝化剂的研究

摘    要:研制了一种无铬无毒的环保型钝化剂,能够替代铬酸盐进行电解锰的钝化。实验结果表明:与原工艺比较,不引入新的杂质,产品质量好,而且能够减少钝化后的水洗过程,钝化剂排放达到环保要求,从源头上解决了电解锰钝化工艺中铬酸盐对环境的污染。

Abstract:A novel chromium-free passivant for electrolytic manganese was developed. The results showed that the products had good quality without any other impurity introduced. Moreover, compared with the chromium passivation, the passivating procedures were simplified and the discharged water measured up. So the passivant can replace toxic chromate and solve the pollution of chromium.
