反应器离线调优操作中灵敏性分析

以Ｌｕｒｇｉ型合成甲醇工业反应器为例，讨论参数灵敏性分析方法及其在反应器离线调优操作中的应用。从甲醇合成反应过程的数学模型出发，利用灵敏度信息估计了系统参变性能，评价了操作参数与工艺参数相对重要性，并依据工艺参数的变化情况提出了是否进行调优操作的判别依据，据此在变更的工艺条件下重新优化了操作条件。这些灵敏性分析结果对反应器的离线调优操作具有重要的指导意义。

Reactor Sensitivity Analysis in Off-line Evolutionary Operation

In this paper,the sensitivity analys of parameters and its application to off-line evolutionaryoperation(EVOP)of a reactor is discussed.The Lurgi-type industrial reactor of methanol synthe-sis is examined to identify the relative importance of both operation parameters and technologicalconditions and to predict the system behaviors when parameter variations occur, by use of sensitivity information based on the mathematical model of methanol synthesis process.In terms of thesituation of technological parameter variations,the critical criteria for whether EVOP shall be carried out or not are formulated in order to find new optimal operating conditions. These results ofsensitivity analysis are very helpful for off-line EVOP.
