12%己唑醇·吡唑醚菌酯悬浮剂的高效液相色谱分析

摘    要:对12%己唑醇·吡唑醚菌酯悬浮剂测定方法进行了研究。采用高效液相色谱法分析己唑醇·吡唑醚菌酯复配制剂,使用C18反相柱和紫外可变波长检测器,以甲醇-乙腈-水为流动相,用外标法对有效成分进行分析和定量。高效液相色谱分析己唑醇、吡唑醚菌酯测定的标准偏差分别为0.05和0.06,变异系数分别为0.96%和0.82%,平均回收率分别为99.4%和99.3%。这种方法具有简便、快捷、精密度和准确度高的特点。

Abstract:The analysis method of hexaconazole and pyraclostrobin 12% suspension concentrates were studied. Analysis of hexaconazole and pyraclostrobin 12% compound preparation by HPLC, using C18 column and ultraviolet detector, methanol+ acetonitrile+water as mobile phase, were analyzed and quantified by extemal standard method of effective component. The standard deviation of hexaconazole and pyraclostrobin were 0.05 and 0.06, the variation coefficient were 0.96% and 0.82%, the average recoveries were 99.4% and 99.3%. The method was simple, fast, sensitive and accurate.
