| 摘 要： | 综述了电沉积法制备自润滑复合镀层、电接触功能复合镀层、电催化复合镀层等的研究动态.结果表明,随着科学技术的发展,传统的单金属镀层已很难满足某种特殊需求,而复合电沉积法具有控制简单、易于操作、投资少等优点,今后将会得到广泛应用.

| Abstract: | The tendency and applications of electrodeposited composite coatings for self-lubrication,electric contacting,electrochemical catalysis,etc.are overviewed. The results show that with the rapid development of science and technology,the simple metal coatings can hardly meet some special requirements,while composite electrodeposition has such advantages as simple control,easy operation,less investment,etc.,and will be applied widely in future. |
