新型快速夹紧台虎钳的设计与应用

台虎钳是常见的夹具之一,传统台虎钳丝杠每转1圈,钳口只变化1个螺距,夹持速度慢,效率低。针对这些问题,设计了一种全新结构的快速夹紧台虎钳。把传统台虎钳的传动螺母改为固定底座,在底座上增加了1个锥套和带螺纹的弹簧卡头。把螺纹杆改为圆杆,通过弹簧卡头卡爪的张合实现对圆杆的夹紧和松开,从而完成工件的快速装夹和拆卸。在生产实践中进行了实际应用,取得了良好的效果,具有重要的实际应用价值。图5参10

Design and Application of New Quick Grip Bench Vice

Bench vice is a common fixture. The traditional bench vice is inefficient with slow speed because the distance between pincers only changes one pitch for each turn. To solve these problems, in light of the actual situation, a brand new structure quick grip bench vice was designed. The drive nut of traditional bench vice was changed into a fixed base attached a drogue and spring clamp with thread. The threaded rod was changed into a round one. Its fixation and loosening operation were achieved through snapping motions of the spring clamp.
