| 摘 要： | 在活动属性模型的基础上，对活动时间进行了分解，利用排队论计算单个活动时间的期望值；根据活动的关联关系建立了流程时间模型，给出整个流程时间的计算方法，并给出了一个案例。

| Abstract: | This paper decomposes the time of action based on attribute model of action.Queue theory is employed to calculate the expected value of action time.The paper establishes a time model of process according to relationship of actions,and presents a method to calculate the whole process time.An example is included in the paper. |
