快速城市化背景下地名规划编制探讨——以佛山市为例

目前，地名命名和管理出现的大量问题，可归咎于地名规划编制的缺位。本文提出地名规划的编制应该遵循以下四个理念：城市规划与地名规划相结合、地名研究与地名规划相结合、专家民众政府相结合、刚性规划与弹性规划相结合。最后，以佛山市地名规划（2008～2020）为例，对地名规划的编制特点、地名规划的内容、地名文化的保护进行了探讨。

Planning the Names of Places under the Context of Rapid Urbanization： A Case Study of Foshan

The disordered nature of the names of different places in cities is a consequence of the absence of place name plan- ning. In this paper author think place name planning should follow the following four concepts： place name planning and urban planning must be combined, place name planning and place name research must be combined, experts and general public as well as government must be combined, rigid planning and elastic planning must be combined. Finally, author take place name planning of Foshan （2008-2020） for example to discusses the characteristics and contents of place names planning.
