摘    要:低密度水泥浆常用泡沫和漂珠作为减轻材料,但泡沫和漂珠的一个共同缺陷是承压能力有限,这就给固井施工带来一定风险。通过大量实验,以颗粒紧密堆积为原则,复配出一种新型实心耐压减轻材料FXW。实验证明,减轻材料FXW与其它外加剂相容性好,浆体施工性能优良;FXW为实心减轻材料,能够承受井下高压,解决了漂珠和泡沫低密度水泥浆不能承压的问题;FXW低密度水泥石强度高,韧性好,可满足油井后期开发需求。

Abstract:Foam and hollow micro-spheres are the widely used light-weight-additives (LWA) in low-density cement slurries, but both of them have low compressive strengths; therefore their use is sometimes risky. A new solid compression-resistant LWA, FXW was developed based on the"close packing of particles" principle through the field and laboratory experiments. It is shown that FXW has a good compatibility with other additives, and the slurries treated with FXW have excellent operation performances. Compared with hollow micro-spheres and foam, FXW, as a solid LWA, can bear the high pressures in the deep bore holes. The set cement is much stronger and tougher if cement slurries have been treated FXW.
