微波萃取葵花籽油的研究

摘    要:本研究对美国油菜、普通葵花籽进行微波正己烷萃取,在微波频率为2450MHz、功率为850W、辐射时间为200s的条件下发现:美国油葵的不饱和脂肪酸的含量比普通葵花籽的不饱和脂肪酸高;用微波萃取法的出油率比压榨法的出油率高;美国油葵的含油率高于普通花籽的含油率。因此,微波萃取葵花籽油蚵行的,有效及优越性的。

Abstract:In this study the American sunflower seeds and commen sunflower seeds were extracted with n hexane by microwave extraction(ME) technique.On the contion that the microwave ,s frequency is 2 450 MHz,the output power is 850W and the irradiation time is 200s we can find that the unsaturated fatty acids quantity of the American sunflower seeds oil is higher than that of the commen sunflower seeds oil the production of ME is higher than that of pressure,and the quantity of American sunflower seeds oil is higher than that of other traditional oil seeds.So that sunflower seeds are extracted by microwave is applicable,effective,and adventaged.
