摘    要:针对某300MW机组瓦轴振动异常增大的现象,在机组高速动平衡不能彻底消除故障的情况下,设计了一系列的试验对故障原因进行确认,通过试验得到了机组的大量有价值的数据。以此为基础,对励磁机转子前后瓦轴振动异常的现象进行了分析,并论述了产生上述故障的原因。

Abstract:In view of the abnormal increase in bearing vibration of a certain 300 MW unit,because high speed dynamic balancing could not clear up the fault entirely,a series of tests were devised to reveal the reason,and a large amount of valuable data was obtained.On this basis,the abnormal bearing liner vibration of exciter rotor is analyzed and the cause of the defect expounded.An improvement was made which effectively eliminated the vibration.
