黄酮类活性成分的分离提纯

研究了酶转化芦丁产物异槲皮甙的分离提纯。酶反应产物用硅胶柱层析法提取,可以得到高纯度的异槲皮甙。通过高效液相色谱检测纯度,结果表明异槲皮甙转化率为70%,纯度为90%以上。通过核磁共振测定,确定此酶反应产物是异槲皮甙。

Separating and purification of flavonoid active compounds

We have separated and purified the isoquercitrin from rutin by enzyme reaction. The purity of isoquercitrin was isolated with a silica gel column. Determined the purity by HPLC, it was found that the converting rate of isoquercitrin from rutin was about 70%, and the purity was more than 90%. The structure was identified by the method of 13C NMR as the isoquercitrin.
