摘    要:复合材料是由多组分构成的,其性能直接受其组分的性能、含量、配比、相几何等因素影响.提出了复合材料组分-性能优化,在材料设计过程中首先建立因素对性能的模糊影响关系,然后调整这些影响因素,使其既能充分发挥材料特性,满足使用要求,又能使之成本降为最低.这一设计思想是传统的复合材料结构优化的突破,把结构优化设计延伸到材料设计阶段.可以对复合材料的多项性能进行综合优化设计.

Abstract:The performance of composite is influenced by such factors as the performance,content,ratio of mixture,geometrical form of every component because composite is a complex structure which is composed of a few components.A new idea of optimization of Component-performance is introduced by establishing a fuzzy influential relationship between factors and performances and then by adjusting these influential factors to satis- fy the required demanding and minimize the cost on the basis of full exertion of material.This idea breaks through the traditional design ideas of composite and extend the structural optimal design to the stage of materi- al design.Thus,we can design and optimize many the performance of composite.
