| 摘 要： | 研制一种对工业X胶片冲洗进行恒温智能测控的廉价装置。采用将测温区间分段、分别设置偏置和增益,用8bA/D转换芯片在单片机的控制下提高测温精度;使系统在不同环境温度下,对不同容积的冲洗槽实施模糊控制。经实验测试,均获得了±0.1℃的控温效果,该装置能满足各种规格洗片机温控要求。

Research on Temperature Intelligence Measuring and Control Technique for Film Developing Device |

| Abstract: | A low - cost constant temperature intelligence measuring and controlling device for developing industrial X film is developed. And temperature measuring accuracy can be improved by temperature measuring sector subsection,setting bias and gain respectively and with 8 ~ bit A/D conversion chip under the control of single -chip computer,thus making the system perform fuzzy control to trough of different dimension under the different environment temperature. Temperature controlling effect ± 0. 1 C can be obtained by experiment testing,and the system can meet temperature controlling requirement for film developing device of all types. |
