粉煤灰摩擦电选脱碳的试验研究

摘    要:采用摩擦电选的方法对粉煤灰除炭,进行了电压、风量、进料速度、湿度、粒度等单因素试验和正交试验,结果表明在风量75m3/h、电压50kV和进料时间为130s的综合因素作用下脱碳效果最好。试验证明,用摩擦电选的方法对粉煤灰进行除碳是可行的。

Abstract:The friction electric separation used to decarburization from fly ash,the single factor test such as air volume,feeding speed,humidity,particle size and orthogonal test were conducted.The results shows that the best result obtained under the condition of air volume is 75㎡/h,and voltage is 50kV.The test indicates that it is feasible to decarburization from fly ash using frication electric separation technology.
