| 摘 要： | 梅山炼铁厂3#高炉DDS气动开铁口机设计上的失误，使开铁口机进退小车由前进转为后退时，必须停留5s。通过对气动系统的改进，取消退一侧的快排阀，消除了该故障。

| Abstract: | Due to the design disadvantage of DDS pneumatic tapping machine for 3# blast furnace in Meishan Ironworks,the tapping machine bogie has to stay for five seconds when it switches from the advance to retreat.By improving the pneumatic system and removing the quick air exhaust valve on the retreat side,this trouble has been eliminated. |
